Beverly J. Platusic is a Brown County artist and storyteller who has been designing her Buckhill Santa Collection for the last ten years. Bringing Christmas stories to life, Buckhill Santas are sold in fashionable boutiques and fine gift shops as well as exclusive hotels. Beverly lives with her husband in Nashville and has four grown children and four grandchildren.

 

These original designs are distinguished by impeccable craftsmanship, exquisite detail, rich textures, and old world charm. Buckhill Santas quickly become cherished family heirlooms to be passed down from generation to generation.

 

All Buckhill Santas stand 24 to 26 inches high, have hand-pulled wool beards and procelain faces and hands. Each Buckhill Santa is dressed in fine textiles, antique laces, real furs and vintage trims. Lastly, the Santas are adorned with the accoutrements of Christmas whether in the Traditional, Woodsy or Victorian styles.
